Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and mentor store teams on customer service excellence and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust operational tactics
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual guidelines
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for seamless stock replenishment
- Drive customer satisfaction through personalized shopping experiences and complaint resolution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in specialty or department stores
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in staff training and development
- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communications
