Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to maximize performance.
- Maintain store presentation standards in line with Bosch brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of workshop operations and product knowledge (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Willing to work in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
