Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs and growth targets

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize store performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in retail leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
