Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and organized shopping environment.
- Drive sales performance by analyzing market trends and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize shrinkage to optimize profitability.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer escalations and feedback to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a department store environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
