- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales consultations
- Execute daily sales operations including POS transactions, inventory management, and visual merchandising

- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining product knowledge
- Collaborate with artisans to showcase product stories and cultural significance to customers

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service roles
