Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and staff scheduling to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the shop floor team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and coordinate inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Train new staff members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with POS systems and inventory software.
- High school diploma or certificate in Retail Management is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
