We are looking for a dedicated Shop Supervisor to lead our store operations and drive sales success in Sidoarjo. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to improve performance and service standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or retail management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
