Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for e-commerce? Millenia Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and engaging Shopee Live Host to join our growing team in Kelapa Gading. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating captivating live streaming content that drives sales, builds community, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience to our viewers.
We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable in front of the camera, capable of thinking on their feet, and skilled at turning casual viewers into loyal customers. If you are confident, articulate, and have a natural flair for sales through storytelling, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on Shopee Live to showcase products.
- Actively demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers in real-time.
- Manage live interactions by responding to viewer questions, comments, and feedback promptly.
- Execute creative sales strategies, including flash sales, product bundles, and exclusive live-only promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare content scripts and presentation agendas.
- Maintain high levels of energy and professionalism to keep the audience entertained throughout the stream.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to improve future conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a confident, cheerful, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during live broadcasts.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate peak shopping hours and campaign periods.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and familiar with the Shopee interface.
