Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Shopify storefronts to ensure optimal performance and appearance
- Process daily orders, coordinate shipping, and resolve any order-related issues
- Perform inventory management including stock tracking, reordering, and forecasting
- Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and SEO keywords
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support via email and chat
- Analyze store performance metrics and generate actionable reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shopify Store Manager or Virtual Assistant in e-commerce
- In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform, including settings, apps, and customizations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
