We are seeking a dedicated Shopkeeper to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As a Shopkeeper, you will be the face of our retail establishment, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. This is a contract position offering competitive compensation of Rp 1.800,000 – Rp 2,000,000 per month.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and fashion, with the ability to create engaging content related to our products. Experience with live streaming is considered a valuable asset, as you'll have opportunities to showcase our merchandise and connect with customers through digital platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all store visitors
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Create engaging fashion-related content for marketing purposes
- Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising to attract customers and drive sales
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and consumer preferences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Creativity in content creation and digital marketing
- Experience with live streaming platforms is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
