Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Monitor inventory levels, stock shelves, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles
- Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems beneficial
