Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all store visitors
- Host product workshops and demonstrations to engage customers
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
