Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Provide expert product knowledge and customer consultations on spices
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of spice products
- Implement visual merchandising to enhance product displays
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local culture and tourism industry preferred
