- Warmly greet and assist all customers entering the showroom, providing an excellent first impression.
- Proactively learn about and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, features, and benefits offered by PT Sehati Bangunan Abadi.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and offering informed recommendations based on their project needs.
- Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing, with all products correctly displayed and priced.
- Support sales team activities by preparing sales areas, assisting with product demonstrations, and processing basic transactions.
- Help manage showroom inventory, including receiving new stock, restocking shelves, and conducting regular checks.
- Handle customer feedback and basic inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in a retail, customer service, or showroom environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to learn and retain product information quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining showroom standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when required (e.g., restocking products).
