Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Provide expert product consultations to architects, interior designers, and retail customers regarding material specifications.
- Keep up-to-date with current interior design trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to manage orders and ensure timely project deliveries.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics, including the organization of product samples and marketing displays.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone, and email channels.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Support promotional events or roadshows to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic POS/CRM software.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for interior design and building materials.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.
