Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
  • Provide expert product consultations to architects, interior designers, and retail customers regarding material specifications.
  • Keep up-to-date with current interior design trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to manage orders and ensure timely project deliveries.
  • Maintain showroom aesthetics, including the organization of product samples and marketing displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone, and email channels.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support promotional events or roadshows to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic POS/CRM software.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for interior design and building materials.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.
