Dexterton Corporation is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee our premium retail operations in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store profitability. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of product display, managing inventory flow, and fostering a culture of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in hitting sales targets and ensuring that every client who walks through our doors receives world-class service tailored to their needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom floor is maintained to the highest visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized consultations to clients.
- Analyze sales metrics and store performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the head office to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium home furnishings or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
