You will collaborate closely with our design and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, coordinate deliveries, and handle customisation requests. Maintaining the showroomâs impeccable presentationâincluding window displays, furniture arrangements, and signageâwill be essential in showcasing the elegance of our products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable luxury furniture pieces.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain the showroomâs visual merchandising and display standards.
- Process sales transactions and follow up on orders.
- Build and maintain product knowledge of the luxury furniture collection.
- Collaborate with interior designers and the sales team for custom orders.
- Capture and update customer information in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales or showroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury furniture and interior design.
- Goalâoriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced, clientâfocused setting.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and CRM software.
- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent; diploma in business or design is a plus.
- Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
