Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom with a positive and professional attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability with expertise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and assist with delivery coordination.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest furniture trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Design or Business is a plus.
