Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency, including sales activities, installation coordination, and delivery processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the showroom staff, conducting daily briefings and performance evaluations to drive team productivity.
- Client Relations (Mandarin): Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and resolving inquiries to build strong relationships.
- Quality Control: Organize and maintain high-quality standards for product displays, showroom cleanliness, and overall customer service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with logistics to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and operational issues immediately to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Sales Growth: Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by promoting products and identifying upselling opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Languages: Must be fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) and possess a high level of proficiency in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail showroom, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational workflows effectively.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
