Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles transporting guests between restaurant and ATV areas
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while interacting with customers
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist guests with luggage and boarding procedures
- Manage efficient scheduling to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Keep passenger areas clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with restaurant and ATV teams for coordination
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C minimum)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Excellent knowledge of Payangan/Bali routes and terrain
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English highly desirable
