In this role you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of our food court, ensuring seamless service, strict hygiene standards, and optimal inventory management. You’ll work closely with senior management to implement strategies that boost customer satisfaction, drive sales, and enhance operational efficiency. We offer a competitive salary of MYR 2,800 – 3,400 per month, plus a sign‑on bonus of up to MYR 1,000 for the right candidate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the food court or coffeeshop to ensure smooth service and high efficiency.
- Lead, schedule, and motivate a diverse team of staff to meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Track financial performance, prepare sales reports, and assist in budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop operational improvements and growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in food service or retail.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Good understanding of inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills in English; Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Malaysia.
