- Oversee daily silo operations to ensure efficient material handling and storage
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning team
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely material distribution
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and operational metrics
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
- Train staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or silo management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Experience in the feed manufacturing or agricultural industry preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
