- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business locations in high-traffic areas
- Perform site evaluations based on foot traffic, accessibility, competition analysis, and zoning regulations
- Assist in lease negotiations with property owners and landlords to secure favorable terms
- Prepare detailed site assessment reports with recommendations for expansion team review
- Collaborate with construction and legal teams to ensure site compliance with operational requirements
- Maintain and update a database of potential sites with key metrics and attributes
- Build relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners in Metro Manila
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or commercial leasing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate sites based on multiple criteria
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in mapping tools (Google Maps, GIS) and real estate databases
- Knowledge of local zoning laws and real estate regulations in Metro Manila
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
