Join Mitra Berlian Unggas as a Site Acquisition & Expansion Supervisor and drive our strategic growth in the poultry industry. This pivotal role requires you to spearhead the entire site acquisition lifecycle, from initial market research to final contract execution. You'll identify prime locations for new facilities, conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, and negotiate favorable terms with landowners and partners. Your expertise in spatial analysis and regulatory compliance will ensure optimal site selection aligned with business expansion goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust acquisition strategies while maintaining strict budgetary controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes including market analysis, due diligence, and negotiation
- Develop strategic partnerships with landowners, developers, and local authorities
- Conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Prepare detailed acquisition proposals with financial models and ROI projections
- Manage regulatory compliance for zoning, environmental permits, and construction approvals
- Coordinate with legal teams for contract drafting and execution
- Monitor competitive market trends and identify new expansion opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial site acquisition or property development
- Proven track record in negotiating complex real estate transactions
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GIS mapping tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian property regulations and zoning laws
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in budgeting and financial modeling for acquisition projects
