Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle site acquisition process including identification, due diligence, negotiation, and contract execution
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies evaluating location viability, zoning regulations, and market potential
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with landowners, government officials, and key industry stakeholders
- Prepare detailed acquisition proposals, budgets, and risk assessments for executive review
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and project management to ensure seamless transactions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic expansion opportunities
- Manage acquisition documentation compliance and ensure adherence to local real estate regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in site acquisition or real estate development
- Expert proficiency in negotiation techniques, site survey methodologies, and networking strategies
- Deep understanding of Jakarta property market dynamics, zoning laws, and acquisition processes
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex real estate transactions
