Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition lifecycle from initial scouting to contract closure
- Conduct rigorous site feasibility studies and market impact assessments
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for prime retail and commercial locations
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including landowners, government agencies, and legal teams
- Analyze zoning regulations, construction costs, and ROI projections for potential sites
- Coordinate with internal departments to align acquisition strategy with business growth targets
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in Jakarta metropolitan area
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years in site acquisition, property development, or commercial real estate
- Proven track record of negotiating complex land deals with minimum 5 successful closures
- Expertise in Indonesian property regulations and Jakarta's zoning ordinances
- Strong network of connections with landowners, developers, and industry professionals
- Advanced proficiency in site survey methodologies and feasibility analysis
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
