Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential retail sites based on market analysis, demographic data, and business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess suitability for retail operations
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and agreements with property owners and developers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry
- Analyze market trends and competitor locations to inform site selection strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all acquired sites meet operational requirements
- Manage the entire site acquisition process from initial identification to final agreement
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on site acquisition opportunities and recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or property management
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex lease agreements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and demographic data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in conducting comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies
- Knowledge of Indonesian real estate market, particularly in the Jakarta region
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions under pressure
