Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition process including market research, site identification, feasibility studies, and due diligence
- Negotiate complex lease agreements and contracts with property owners/developers to secure favorable terms
- Conduct detailed site surveys and physical assessments to evaluate commercial viability
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, brokers, and key industry stakeholders
- Analyze competitor landscapes and market trends to identify strategic expansion opportunities
- Manage acquisition budgets and ensure cost-effective site selection within financial parameters
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in commercial site acquisition or real estate development
- Expertise in negotiating lease agreements and commercial real estate transactions
- Proficient in site survey methodologies and feasibility analysis techniques
- Strong professional network within Jakarta's commercial real estate market
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple acquisition projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate regulations and zoning laws
