- Coordinate land acquisition processes for the FTK Project in the Ilocos Region
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential acquisition sites
- Prepare and manage all required documentation including permits, contracts, and legal approvals
- Negotiate acquisition terms with landowners and stakeholders
- Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary clearances
- Ensure compliance with land acquisition laws and company policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition or land management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of local government processes in the Ilocos Region
- Proficiency in document preparation and legal compliance
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence assessments
