Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end site acquisition processes for the FTK project, including due diligence and legal verification
- Coordinate with landowners to negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements and compensation terms
- Secure necessary permits, clearances, and zoning approvals from local government units
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for land titles, surveys, and environmental compliance
- Collaborate with project engineers to assess site suitability for construction requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to land acquisition laws and company policies
- Generate progress reports and maintain accurate records for all acquisition activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, land management, or construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of Philippine land acquisition laws and local government procedures
- Proven negotiation skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in documentation management and regulatory compliance processes
- Ability to conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
