Join FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies as a key Site Acquisition/ROW Manager for the Visayas region. This critical role involves identifying, negotiating, and securing telecommunications infrastructure sites while managing complex right-of-way (ROW) processes. You'll drive network expansion by collaborating with landowners, government agencies, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery. The position requires strategic thinking to navigate regulatory frameworks, resolve land disputes, and optimize site selection for cost-efficiency and coverage. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition process including land identification, feasibility studies, and due diligence
- Negotiate lease agreements and ROW permits with landowners, municipalities, and government agencies
- Manage complex land acquisition projects with strict adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure site specifications align with technical requirements
- Resolve land disputes and community concerns through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key local government officials and community leaders
- Track project timelines and budgets while reporting acquisition progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, zoning regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, ROW management, or commercial real estate
- Proven track record negotiating complex land deals with government entities and private landowners
- Deep knowledge of Philippine property laws, zoning regulations, and permit processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups
- Experience managing telecommunications or infrastructure projects preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel extensively across Visayas regions as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
