Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of site acquisition activities across the region.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility analyses to ensure optimal location selection.
- Negotiate complex lease agreements and real estate transactions with landowners and brokers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and government officials.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and construction departments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or retail operations.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial leases and real estate agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
