Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial property acquisition or site selection
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of closing deals
- Expertise in market analysis and demographic trend evaluation
- Knowledge of Indonesian property regulations and zoning laws
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and location intelligence tools
