- Identify and evaluate potential retail sites based on market analysis, demographics, and strategic alignment with company objectives
- Conduct thorough site visits and feasibility studies to assess location viability
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and landlords
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and construction for site activation
- Plan and execute grand opening events and promotional activities at new locations
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on site acquisition progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable lease terms
- Excellent market research and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis tools
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Makassar and South Sulawesi region
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
