Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations based on market analysis, demographic data, and strategic alignment with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess property conditions, accessibility, visibility, and compliance with zoning regulations
- Lead negotiations with property owners and landlords to secure favorable lease terms and conditions
- Manage the entire site acquisition process from initial contact to final agreement execution
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contractual documents are accurate and compliant
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate sector
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform site selection strategy
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on potential acquisition opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property development
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex lease agreements and property acquisitions
- Expertise in conducting thorough site surveys and evaluating commercial properties
- Strong networking skills with established relationships in Jakarta's commercial real estate market
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
