- Lead end-to-end site acquisition process including market research, site identification, and feasibility analysis
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate commercial viability, foot traffic, and regulatory compliance
- Negotiate favorable lease terms, purchase agreements, and occupancy contracts with property owners
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in site acquisition with 3+ years in managerial role
