Erajaya is a leading retail and entertainment company in Indonesia, and we are currently looking for a dedicated Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our expansion strategy by identifying and securing prime retail locations that drive business growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end site acquisition process, ensuring that every new location meets our high standards for visibility, accessibility, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate or retail operations, with a proven track record of successful negotiations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends, conduct site surveys, and manage relationships with landlords and local authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential retail locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and land deals to secure optimal terms for Erajaya.
- Liaise with local government officials, landowners, and property managers to facilitate smooth site acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure site readiness before opening.
- Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed acquisition reports and market analysis to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail operations.
- Strong background in negotiating and site survey methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required by the job scope.
- Valid driving license.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
