Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate administrative activities and ensure efficient workflow across departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee communications
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance productivity
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related services and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
