Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including drawings, site memos, and technical reports.
- Coordinate daily site activities and maintain updated schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing site correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, meeting minutes, and site safety documentation.
- Monitor site attendance records and manage administrative tasks related to site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure that the site office is fully stocked with necessary supplies and maintain a professional working environment.
- Liaise with the procurement department to track site deliveries and verify delivery orders against site requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the Construction or Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of local construction site regulations and workplace health and safety (WHS) documentation is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
