Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is performed according to project specifications and engineering plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential bottlenecks to proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all areas of the site.
- Manage daily progress reports and documentation for project management review.
- Facilitate effective communication between the office-based project team and on-site field staff.
- Oversee the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor resources on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction safety regulations and building codes in Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, structural drawings, and project schedules.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites within Johor as required.
