Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate the deployment of foreign workers according to project needs.
- Monitor worker attendance and manage labor schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Liaise with Site Managers and Engineers to communicate daily goals and site requirements.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, CIDB regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower usage, site progress, and material distribution.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges or site-level issues to minimize project downtime.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of site incidents or operational deviations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or labor coordination within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce effectively.
- Valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and local labor regulations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kuching, Sarawak, with a flexible schedule as required by project demands.
