Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align on objectives.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to senior management.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, logs, and safety reports.
- Supervise on-site laborers and technicians to maintain high productivity standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies on the site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role in the construction or elevator industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
