TRC BUILDER SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Site Coordinator to join our expanding team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our interior renovation projects, acting as the primary bridge between our office operations and on-site execution.
You will be responsible for overseeing high-impact projects ranging from street-level retail units to large-scale mall renovations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily on-site renovation activities to ensure work aligns with project schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact between sub-contractors, suppliers, and the head office team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials to ensure zero downtime on site.
- Prepare accurate progress reports and update project documentation for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot site issues to prevent delays in the construction lifecycle.
- Ensure all interior finishing works meet the client’s specifications and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in interior renovation or commercial construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, material requirements, and construction sequences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and sub-contractors.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and layout plans.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport to travel between various site locations in Kuala Lumpur.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
