Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in the construction industry? Sinwah-Apac Construction Pte Ltd is an expanding Main Contractor seeking a dynamic Site Coordinator / Site Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore.
We are committed to delivering high-quality construction projects, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee site operations and ensure seamless project execution. As a Site Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between the management team and the site workforce, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting on progress. If you have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for construction management, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with BCA regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and facilitate workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, daily logs, and progress charts for management review.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage to prevent wastage and ensure availability.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage site documentation, including drawings, permits, and approval submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer or Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s local building codes and BCA regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Valid Work Permit or Singaporean Citizenship.
