Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and real estate development.
- Experience in the food service industry or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and construction tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various site locations.
