As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and blueprints.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and provide engineering guidance to the construction team.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities to resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local construction standards and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Valid certification in occupational safety and health is a significant advantage.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
