Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during construction phases
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including reports and as-built drawings
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental standards, and company policies
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management on-site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- PRC license (Professional Regulation Commission) as Civil Engineer
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in remote locations with adaptability to challenging environments
