Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure work aligns with architectural and engineering plans.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor to maintain productivity and construction quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and RFI submittals.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and design conflicts on-site.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage to ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project duration.
- Ensure that all equipment and resources are utilized efficiently and maintained properly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid PRC License for Civil Engineers is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
