Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for seamless execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety compliance audits
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
- Monitor resource allocation and optimize labor/material efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in construction safety management preferred
