Active Geoanchor, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team in Cebu City. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects, and we are looking for a professional who can ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As the Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of our construction operations. Your primary focus will be on effective planning and supervision of projects, ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into physical structures while maintaining the highest standards of quality control and safety compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction operations and activities.
- Interpret and review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure work quality and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or risks to project management.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical queries.
- Manage material procurement and inventory on-site efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a site engineering or construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and relevant local regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings (AutoCAD experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
